The Movement Squad conducts daily exercise programs for Senior Citizens to stretch and flex different muscles and joints. You need not worry 'Can i do this exercise? is it safe?'. The exercises are simple but effective. Do the program with us regularly and soon you will be armoured with all the knowledge you need on how to exercise on your own daily!
The programs are conducted o by an experienced physiotherapist on Whatsapp or Zoom for small groups of five, 5 days a week for 20 minutes. This way we can focus our attention on correcting improper form and address doubts personally.
