I have been doing their online sessions for Rehabilitation and recuperation for over 2 months now.

I am quite active, but the senior citizen program conducted by The Movement Squad has helped me understand how to exercise daily in a simple and systematic way. They corrected my posture and way of exercising so I can extract maximum benefits from the exercises. I enjoyed all the sessions.

They are so particular about the timings of the programme. They were very strict in making me to do the exercises.
Exercise ironically I wrongly assumed was for the fit and healthy not for doyens like me walking towards the twilight. I am hence delighted that The Movement squad changed my views on exercise.
